With an expanding international reach and to communicate its national capabilities and customer-base throughout Australia, Kinder & Co Pty Ltd is rebranding and changing its name to Kinder Australia Pty Ltd.

Founder and CEO Neil Kinder said, “As part of our continued focus on utilizing innovation and new technologies to improve productivity for the bulk materials handling industry globally, our executive management team believes it is appropriate to change our company name to Kinder Australia to reflect who we are and what we do.

“This comes at a time when it is important to demonstrate our problem solving experience and allows us to better advise our clients on best practice for specific applications based on this intellectual property and practical hands-on know-how.”

Kinder Australia began its operations in 1985 in Melbourne and has an extensive customer base of more than 1500 bulk materials operations, handling a diverse range of applications including quarried products for construction aggregates, sugar, woodchip, grain, salt, timber and coal.

The company’s ABN and ACN details remain unchanged. Kinder Australia moved into new larger custom designed and built premises in the Melbourne suburb of Braeside in 2014.
