Organisers for Geo Connect Asia have officially moved the dates for the event from 23-24 March to 1-2 June.
Montgomery Asia confirmed the conference’s venue will remain the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore. It cited local event restrictions and international travel guidelines for the decision.
“Since its inception, the main aim of Geo Connect Asia has been to bring together the region’s geospatial, location intelligence, digital construction and UAV communities. Challenging cross border travel conditions and event restrictions in Singapore present considerable challenges, especially for incoming visitors and exhibitors,” the organizer said, adding the change will allow for those outlines to gradually relax and also facilitate expanded business and networking opportunities across core Asian markets.
All previously registered attendees will receive regular updates on the new event’s logistics as it grows closer. Others with questions, or wanting to register, can contact organisers at geoconnectasia.com.
