Position Partners revealed earlier this month the Omnidots wireless vibration monitoring systems will now be distributed throughout Australia and New Zealand.
The system, ideal for both infrastructure and geophysical applications, are autonomous and can be set up in minutes. It uses Swarm vibration sensors that are easily installed on any surface and have self-levelling technology.
Once vibration data is collected, it is transferred to the Omnidots Honeycomb web software platform. It can be configured there for viewing, analysing and reporting of vibration data.
The companies stress the measurement settings can be added anywhere and anytime, wherever the SWARM is mounted, and the measurement data can be viewed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Honeycomb.
“The Omnidots range compliments our other deformation monitoring solutions and has already received very positive feedback from customers using it for commercial construction and infrastructure projects,” monitoring development manager Andrew Jones said.
“Position Partners is well placed to support the Omnidots solution, given the company’s dedicated monitoring team, geographic reach and core customer base across the geospatial, construction and mining markets,” Marko Bolt, CEO of Omnidots, added.
Position Partners will be the master distributor of the range of products.
