Conveyor Products and Solutions (CPS) announced its trademark license agreement with SKF. This agreement builds on the supply partnership between CPS and SKF, which has been in place since 2013.
As CPS is now designated with the SKF Equipped status, CPS clients can be assured that CPS conveyor roller and idler sets are of the highest quality and have passed SKF’s strict quality standards on the overall performance and reliability of each rotating equipment component. This partnership means CPS products will now be recognised as “SKF Equipped,” providing clients with assurance of industry-leading premium quality conveyor products and technology.
Under the terms of the agreement, SKF will be supplying the bearings and bearing components, to be included as an integrated part in CPS conveyor rollers. The SKF Equipped status then provides CPS the right to label its conveyor roller and idler sets as “SKF Equipped” and use it in promotional materials.
The CPS team said it looks forward to growing the already established relationship between both companies and believes that this partnership will strengthen both companies’ reputations as the frontrunners in the conveyor equipment manufacturing industry.
SKF’s mission is to be the undisputed leader in the bearing business. SKF offers solutions around the rotating shaft, including bearings, seals, lubrication management, condition monitoring, and maintenance services. SKF is represented in more than 130 countries and has around 17,000 distributor locations worldwide.
“CPS has always had a long-standing relationship with SKF and this agreement cements our partnership and common goal of leading the industry in conveyor roller technology and quality,” said Michael Einhorn, SKF chief executive officer.
