BHP Chief Executive Officer Mike Henry announced the appointment of Edgar Basto as president Minerals Australia, effective 1 July 2020.
Lucas Dow has resigned from the role of chief executive officer for Adani Mining Pty Ltd, but will stay on with the company as director of the board. He is succeeded by David Boshoff, who joined Adani in November as project director.
Andrew Knox has rejoined the Rimfire Pacific Mining NL board as a non-executive director. He formally held the position from 2005 to 2011.
Mining3 has appointed Leeanne Bond as new chair of the board. Bond succeeds Theresa Mlikota who stepped down from the position and retired from the Mining3 board last month.
