Techenomics International has formed a joint venture with Indonesian company PT Jinfindo which will result in provision of comprehensive fluid analysis, monitoring and flushing services in the hydraulic sector in South East Asia.
Techenomics specializes in analyzing and oil fluid monitoring solutions for the energy, power and mining industries and has operated a hydraulic flushing division from its Batam operation for many years. PT Jinfindo provides engineering services and manufacturing for hydraulic systems for the oil & gas and maritime industries. Together the companies will offer overall solutions in the hydraulic sector.
PT Jinfindo managing director Bart Ouwerling says, “We have found a solid partner in each other. We both have strong teams and to be able to combine our teams will help develop the services we offer in the energy, power, mining, maritime and oil & gas sectors. We are looking forward to a successful business with our enthusiastic and positive teams.”
Techenomics CEO Chris Adsett agrees with Bart Ouwerling. He says, “We can now present to our clients a company structure which is orientated to provide excellent service and complete solutions for their new projects and current assets.”
Initially the joint venture will pursue flushing opportunities in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia and then consider future expansion into other markets when opportunities arise.
Techenomics has finalized arrangements to expand its core condition monitoring services in Northern Thailand, Sumatra, Batam and the rest of Indonesia. The company continues to monitor the market for opportunities to present better focused services, ranging from specific focused testing to full blown products, even including a project butler for blue ribbon customers.
