INDONESIA - Challenger Deep sells Barito

Challenger Deep Resources Corp has entered into a binding Letter of Intent (LoI) for the sale of its Barito Coal Project in Central Kalimantan. Under the terms of the LoI the purchaser, a private Australian company, will purchase all of the outstanding shares of PT Bestindo Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Challenger which holds all the corporation's rights to the project.

Angkor Gold Corp has entered into a definitive agreement with Tohui Beishan Property Group Holding Limited (TG) with the aim of fast-tracking Angkor’s Cambodian projects. The strategic alliance formed could result in TG investing US$10.485 million in Angkor.

KAZAKHSTAN - New Lomonosovskoye estimate

Kazax Minerals’ independent Qualified Person Andrew Vigar, of Mining Associates, has completed a revised resource estimate on the Lomonosovskoye Iron Project. The new estimate is 478.1 million measured and indicated tonnes @ 30.5% iron and 28.4 million inferred tonnes @ 28% iron.
