Australian manufacturing and engineering company Ludowici will exhibit at the Indonesian Balikpapan Mining Expo from June 14 to 16. The company says it is targeting growth in Indonesia and hosting an exhibit will strengthen its commitment to the country’s mining market.
“We are confident of increasing sales as the Indonesian mining market achieves its growth potential, particularly in coal processing which is a strength of Ludowici throughout world coal mining markets,” says the company’s business development manager for South East Asia Jim Cronin.
Ludowici has opened subsidiaries in China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines, making its full range of mineral processing equipment and material handling products available to those local markets. Its brand has achieved worldwide recognition for wear resistance and reliability.
Founded in 1858, Ludowici is a leader in the design, manufacture and supply of high quality minerals processing and materials handling equipment. “We deliver diversified global manufacturing, engineering and supply high quality minerals processing and materials handling equipment to blue-chip global mining clients,” says Jim Cronin.
Ludowici products include vibrating screens and feeders, the patented Reflux Classifier, coarse and fine centrifuges, screen deck media, woven and wedge wire products, cyclones and the Rojan range of advanced ceramics and rubber material handling hose.
The Reflux Classifier has been hailed as the next generation beneficiation technology as it can be configured for separating fine particles on the basis of either density or size, making it the perfect alternative to spiral technology.
Jim Cronin says Ludowici is at the forefront of developing next generation products for the mining industry by working with customers, innovating new products in house and collaborating with mining innovation inventors such as CSIRO, universities and industry bodies.
