Crazy Horse Resources has announced the resignation of Johan Raadsma as its president, CEO and secretary and as a director, for personal reasons. The company has appointed Mitchell Alland, currently a director, as its president, CEO and secretary effective immediately.
Mitch Alland is currently CEO and executive chairman of Copper Development Corporation, a company listed on London-AIM, which holds 11.8% of the Crazy Horse’s common shares and has two copper mining projects in the Philippines. He had a distinguished 23-year career at the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation, its affiliate responsible for private sector project financing in developing countries.
He has extensive experience with mining projects worldwide, including South America, Africa and Central Asia, and has been involved in a number of major copper projects, including Escondida, Tenke-Fungurume and Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines.
