AIMEX announces that Belaz, a leading manufacturer of mining dump trucks of both heavy-duty and super-size load capacities has confirmed that it will exhibit at the 2017 event in Sydney from August 29-31.

AIMEX logoBelaz is launching back into the Australian market and will be making its presence known when it showcases its capabilities on stand 1030 at AIMEX.

The exhibition will feature more than 300 exhibitors showcasing their products and services during the event, which this year will also feature a conference.

With less than two weeks to go until AIMEX opens its doors, organisers urge those considering attending to pre-register. The event will offer the opportunity to engage with leaders in the industry and network with colleagues in an interactive business environment.

Day 1 of the free-to-attend Future of Mining Conference commences on Tuesday, August 29 at 10:30am. The opening session will be a panel discussion featuring NSW Minerals Council CEO Stephen Galilee, World Coal Association chairman Mick Buffier and BIS Oxford Economics senior economist Infrastructure and Mining Adrian Hart. This panel will look at the state of the mining industry and discuss the issues challenging the sector.

Among the many other exhibitors this year are:

* BAC Systems is a leading Australian supplier of heavy duty mining storage and workshop solutions providers. BAC's Drawer Storage Cabinets, with optional dust control, are widely recognised for their large storage capacity, the easily-to-adjust drawer divider layouts, and the fact that they almost last forever!

The heavy duty mining and engineering workbenches and workstations provide solutions for all workshops and labs. These units are modular and can be configured to suit your needs, your environment, your tools, and your processes.

BAC will be at stand 1540, which will also feature the BAC Wall Rack Panel tool display system.

* ROBIT - a manufacturer of high quality button bits for rock drilling and casing systems for ground drilling. The company’s offering is divided into three product and service ranges: Top Hammer, Down the Hole products as well as Digital Services. It will be on Stand 1834.

* TOMRA specialises in the sorting or pre-concentration of ore. The company has a range of highly advanced and automated sorting machines that utilise a number of different sensor technologies such as laser, x-ray, infra-red, electromagnetic and colour that are able to sort ore before entering a processing stream.

This sorting process eliminates the waste material or barren material before it enters into your beneficiation circuit. This in turn opens up additional processing capacity, reduces and often eliminates water consumption, equipment wear and dramatically reduces overall plant energy consumption whilst upgrading your ore before processing.

TOMRA technology replaces conventional ore separation techniques such as DMS, HMS or air jigging more accurately and cost effectively. The process is dry, free of chemicals, has a small physical footprint and is simple to operate.

TOMRA will be on Stand 1420
