Impact drills Commonwealth project

IMPACT Minerals has started a major drilling program at the Commonwealth project, 95km north of Orange in Central New South Wales. The program will comprise up to 3000 metres of reverse circulation (RC) and diamond drilling to test a significant number of gold, silver and base metal targets.

Silver City exploration targets lithium

SILVER City Minerals has started an exploration program specifically targeting lithium hosted in pegmatites at Broken Hill in the far west of New South Wales. The purpose of the program is to locate pegmatites which contain lithium minerals with a particular emphasis on spodumene, the dominant commercial lithium mineral.

TYRANNA Resources has started its 2016 drilling program at the Jumbuck Gold Project in the northern Gawler Craton of South Australia. The first phase of 6200 metres of Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling forms part of an overall program of 15,000 to 20,000 metres for this year.
